Louisa is the lead educator of a junior kindy room. She has a particular talent and passion for treating children with respect and believes that reading is a fundamental human right. She's an intrepid traveller and has travelled to some of the poorest countries in the world, as well as some of the wealthiest. The contrast drives her passion for all children to have choice, freedom and education and to that end she plans to eventually open and operate her own democratic play-based early learning centre. Louisa is a rock climber and aspiring surfer.
